We do our best to accurately display colors, designs, and details of our products. Because many of our items are made-to-order or handmade:

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to:

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete

  • You are authorized to use the payment method submitted

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if we suspect fraud or unauthorized activity.

5. Custom & Personalized Orders

Many of our products can be personalized. Please double-check all spelling, names, and details before placing your order.

We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Once production begins, custom orders cannot be changed or canceled.

6. Processing & Shipping

  • Processing times vary depending on the item and customization

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers

Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the carrier’s control—but we’ll always help however we can.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products:

  • All sales are final on personalized items

  • Non-personalized items may be eligible for exchange within 3 days of delivery

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days at badlybentcreations@gmail.com, and we’ll make it right.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, logos, and content are the property of Badlybent Creations and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages resulting from the use of our products or website beyond the purchase price of the item.
